Reply:Espiel is a wholesaler. You may find our products at the list of our Stores.

Reply: Of course. You may choose one of our online stores from the list.

How can I learn the price and availability of a product?

Reply: Every product has a unique item No. With this reference No you may ask for this information at one of our partner stores. You may also add all the products of your interest in the wish list and send it vie e-mail at one of our stores and they will reply the soonest.

How can I return a product that I bought?

Reply: Returns depend on every store’s policy.

Will I receive the same product as shown on the photo?

Reply: Photos have high resolution, so as every product to be displayed as accurately as possible. However, there might be some small deviations of color or small details in hand-made products.

Can I receive offers and information for new products?

Reply: Of course. You may register in our list, so as to receive newsletters.

I have seen one of your products in social media / TV. How can I find it in your website?

Reply: At “Lifestyle Inspirations” section, you may find all our media posts. Once you click on one of Lifestyle photos, you may find all the products included in it.

I visited one of your stores, but did not find the product I need.

Reply: If the product is available, you may ask the store to order from Espiel for you. The product will be at the store within 5 working days without extra charge.

Reply: Espiel distributes its products only through collaborating stores or e-shops. If you are interested in buying Espiel products, you should choose one of our partners from the list. Reply: The delivery is effected within 2-3 working days from the date of your order.

Are your products ready to deliver?

Reply: Yes. For the majority of our products there is high stock quantity. In case of shortage, you will be informed about delivery time.

If I wish to re-order the same product, will it be available? Is there long-term stock?

Reply:There are two kinds of products. The first one is permanent collection (always on stock) and is included in our catalogue (click here) and there are products that are constantly renewed and you can find in our product categories once they are on stock.

Reply: Please, fill in the form with your data. Afterwards, the relevant area manager will contact you to arrange a meeting and visit your store. Together you shall discuss all details of a possible cooperation.

What is the minimum order amount for first order?

Reply: Espiel is a wholesaler. So, it is necessary its presence in every store to be wide enough in order to display properly its style and image, that effects in the commercialityof its products. The amount of the first order varies according to the location and population of your area. We would also like to inform you that minimum order quantity per article depends on the value of the product and its default packing.

How can I see the products in real?

Reply: After you fill in the contact formand make a meeting with one of our sales managers, you may arrange an appointment in order to visit our offices, where there is a permanent showroom.

How can I enter B2B section?

Reply: You should already be a partner of Espiel in order to do this. After issuing your first invoice, a unique code is created, that will be your password for entering B2B.
